·Knowledge of TCP/IP and general networking
·Knowledge of Security and firewalls (Cisco, Draytek, Linux)
·Proven customer service skills
·Excellent communication skills
·Ability to follow policies and procedures paying attention to detail
·Ability to learn and apply technical information in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
·Strong problem solving and problem analysis skills
·Ability to work autonomously within the Support team
·Enthusiasm and desire to learn
Ideally you with ITIL Foundation and have attained or are studying for MSCA
You will need to have a full driving license
