Key Responsibilities

Providing sales admin for clients IT requirements

Update and manage CRM / Marketing system
Assist in preparing quotes
Setting up new user accounts
Answer the phone/email and logging call from clients
Updated our call logging and support database

Ensure all requests are followed up on

Providing KPI information to Clients

Deal with software providers and other partners

Updating Website Content

Updating Social Media Content / Blogging

Management of directory listings

Preparation / management of monthly e-news

Management of clients Web Sites / CMS

Experience Required

Good telephone manner
Well organised with general admin skills
Customer service experience
Good work ethic
Team player
Interest in IT and technology

Preferable (but not essential)

Degree or strong A-Levels
Experience in using call logging
IT helpdesk experience
Experience in using Microsoft products
