Our monthly charge is an all-inclusive charge it includes all time spent resolving issues with your systems both on-site and remotely on the telephone or using remote access tools. The only occasions when your monthly invoice will change:

Charges for on-site work to install new hardware or software not associated with a fault.
If the number of computers or servers has gone up.
Project work outside the scope of your normal infrastructure.
You decide we need to mend something non business affecting out of hours.

Everything else is fully inclusive.
